Most agencies ask you to imagine the website, then pay for it. I do it the other way round — you judge the finished website, live at a real link, before you pay anything.

I build it for free
Within a few days I send you a link to a real, finished website, built from what you've shared. You bring your photos and details; I turn them into the site — and it looks right on a phone and a computer.

Love it? I tweak the last details and it goes live on your own web address. Not for you? Just close the tab — you've paid nothing.
I keep it running
Once you're live, I keep it online and up to date — an updated menu, your new hours, a fresh photo. On a monthly plan or pay-as-you-go, your choice.

Why build it for free?
Because a finished website you can actually click through beats any sales pitch. If it isn't good enough to win you over, I haven't earned your money.
What's the catch?
None. The demo costs me a few days and costs you nothing. If you don't want it, the link just disappears — no invoice, no chasing.
Is it built just for my place?
Yes. Every site is built by hand and designed around your place — your words, your photos, the feel of it. It's never a template with your name dropped in, and that's why it takes a few days and comes out looking like yours.
What if I need changes later?
Small changes — a price, your hours, a photo — start at £25, or come free on a care plan. Anything bigger, like a new menu or a new page, I quote first, so you're never charged by a ticking clock.
Who owns the site?
Your web address and Google profile are always yours — registered in your name from day one.
- Buy the build and the whole site is yours: the design, the words, the code.
- Rent it and I run the site while you subscribe, but you can buy it outright any time for a flat £1,500.
How long until I'm live?
The demo lands in a few days. From “yes” to live on your own address is usually about a week — mostly us polishing the details together.

I'm Nishan, a designer and developer. I build websites for the independent places I walk past every day: the smokehouse on the high street, the café by the station, the little sushi bar still stuck with a PDF menu. Restaurants and cafés are where I'm starting; the other local shops and trades nearby come next.
I build every site by hand — no website builders, no off-the-shelf themes. I design it, build it and test it before it goes anywhere near your customers. That's why they load fast, show up on Google, and keep working.
